As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered approach to therapy that honors each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe that symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict often develop within the context of our relationships, life experiences, and family systems. Together, we work to identify and address the underlying issues and unresolved experiences that may be contributing to current challenges.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic thinking, which means I consider the broader relational and environmental factors that influence emotional well-being. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I help clients gain deeper insight into patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that may be keeping them stuck.
I integrate evidence-based interventions from Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed and attachment-based therapies, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families, and the Gottman Method for couples counseling. These approaches help clients strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, heal from past experiences, build secure connections, and develop healthier communication patterns.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or unresolved trauma, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where meaningful growth and lasting change can occur. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling and connected life.
"Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are."
